My DAUGHTER'S SHOES

Since 2006, I have recorded every pair of shoes that my daughter has owned and worn. At first, the footwear can be seen more as a reflection of the styles and tastes of the parents, but as my daughter's identity has developed, the influence of her parents has begun to fade whilst the character and confidence of a new individual emerges and grows.

My Daughter's Shoes was exhibited at the Brighton Photo Fringe Festival in 2014.
